This home is perfectly nestled in the back of an amazingly green neighborhood, feels as if you just entered a backcountry road right in the middle of the fabulous Town of Gilbert. You are within 12 minutes to downtown Gilbert with all the great restaurants and shopping. Less than 5 minutes to Top Golf, Main Event entertainment center, San Tan Village Shopping, and both freeways US 60 and San Tan Loop 202. You just can not find a better location. You are required to have your traveler profile filled out completely and you will be required to send a copy of your valid government ID with a current address or we have the right to cancel your reservation. The home has very fast Wifi and DirectTV Now streaming for your entertainment purposes. The televisions are smart TVs. The backyard has a real wood-burning fire pit and an amazing entertainment space for your group. We have plenty of free off-street parking on the property. We do have a landscaper that comes to property on a weekly basis. We try to do our best by scheduling them as not to disturb our guests, but sometimes this is not possible. Please let me know if this is a concern for you and we can try to make accommodate your request. This property sits on a lot that is irrigated, backyard grass area only. We irrigate once a month through Spring and fall: (Feb - April, Oct - Nov) and twice a month during summer (May-Sept). We do not irrigate in Dec or Jan. We have someone manage this for us, but they will be entering the backyard possibly while you are here. The irrigation does not affect the firepit are or the back patios. I will have access to upcoming season schedules starting in February each year. The home is stocked with all your linens and bedding. We only supply enough towels for the number of registered guests. We provide all bedding and we do make all 17 beds since we are unsure of your bedroom choices we just ask that you only use the beds necessary for your parties to help us keep the laundry down. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, bakeware. We do provide a bunch of spices and oils. Aluminum foil, baggies, plastic wrap, and trash bags are provided. The bathrooms have toilet paper, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash including a kid-friendly version in the two bathrooms with bathtubs. Four of the bathrooms are supplied with nail polish remover, cotton balls, q-tips, hairspray, blow dryers, contact solution, contact lens case, tampons, liners, and a disposable razor just in case you forgot. The master bathroom comes with a dimmable chandelier, bath salts, relaxing candles, and a refreshing disposable eye mask for your relax and unwind moment. When it comes to the children we have a high chair, booster seat, two pack-n-plays, a baby gate that can be installed at the top of the basement stairs, toys, books, and games suitable for toddlers through school age. Outside we two swing sets, one with a standard swing and a skateboard swing and the other with a saucer swing, games like corn hole, yard Yahtzee, yard frisbee, and more. Scooters for the kids to ride a wood-burning fire pit (we provide wood) a relaxing fire table at the seating area that can handle 15 people, propane heaters for the chilly nights, large propane BBQ grill, and a dining area that can seat 16. IRRIGATION SCHEDULE - VERY IMPORTANT FOR BOOKING... We are sitting on an irrigated lot, which means the backyard (grass only) gets flooded out during times of irrigation. This does not affect the back patio or the fire pit area, you still have full use of that. The following dates are (we do not know the exact time of the irrigation just approx day of start for the neighborhood, give or take a 48-hour window from the mentioned date): For the 2020 and 2021 season, we are irrigating on Thursdays. Also, keep in mind our backyard is not green and lush all year long, the trees lose leaves and the grass is not very green (outback) through part of winter, typically Nov, Dec, Jan. It starts to green up in Feb (unless super cold) and stays green through October. The front yard has lush green grass year-round. We do have security cameras on the exterior of the home and in the garage for safety reasons while the home sits empty.
